Aanmeldingen
Aanmeldingen worden behandeld in volgorde van binnenkomst. Er wordt uitgegaan van een maximum van 10 deelnemende bedrijven voor het tarief van €950 ex BTW pp. Na de eerste 10 deelnemers zijn de kosten €1450ex BTW pp. Inmiddels zijn de eerste 10 registraties binnen
Deelname
1 persoon per bedrijf neemt deel aan de WEX Global, met 2 overnachtingen in het hotel waar de WEX plaats vindt, toegang tot alle conferentiesessies, netwerklunches, recepties en het galadiner. 5 x 30 minuten vooraf geplande zakelijke bijeenkomsten per deelnemer en gratis deelname tot de WEX GLOBAL Innovation Awards. Voor overige personen van hetzelfde bedrijf geldt een tarief van €1450 ex BTW pp.
Selectie
Water Alliance behoudt zich het recht aanmeldingen te weigeren of te annuleren, indien hiertoe naar hun oordeel gegronde redenen bestaan. Bij deze beoordeling wordt onder meer gelet op de doelstellingen van de onderneming of instelling en het karakter van de collectieve deelname.
Kosten
Deelname aan de gezamenlijke missie kost 950 euro exclusief BTW (voor de eerste 10 aanmeldingen. Na de 10 registraties geldt het tarief van €1450 ex BTW). Luchthaven / hotel transfers zijn inbegrepen. Individuele kosten – zoals reiskosten, kosten van individueel transport, eventuele overige kosten en aanvullende diensten zijn voor rekening van de deelnemer.
Programma
Actief deelnemen aan activiteiten is gewenst.
Annulering deelnemer
Annulering is toegestaan slechts in afstemming met Water Alliance en in geval van overmacht of annulering van het event.
Annulering Water Alliance
Water Alliance behoudt zich het recht om gezamenlijke deelname te annuleren, indien hiertoe naar hun oordeel gegronde redenen bestaan, zoals het niet behalen van het minimaal aantal deelnemers of in het geval van verslechtering Covid situatie, rampen of andere vormen van overmacht.
Foto- en filmopnamen tijdens WEX
Water Alliance kan voor marketingdoeleinden foto’s en/of filmopnamen maken van de missie en de daar aanwezige personen. Wanneer deelnemers hier bezwaar tegen hebben, dienen ze dit expliciet aan te geven bij Water Alliance. Doen ze dit niet, dan wordt er vanuit gegaan dat de deelnemer Water Alliance toestemming geeft voor publicatie van de foto’s en films en vrijwaart tegen eventuele claims in dit opzicht.
Betaling
De deelnemer is de deelnemingskosten verschuldigd die zijn vermeld op de bevestiging van de inschrijving. Alle verschuldigde bedragen zijn exclusief BTW. De deelnamekosten worden in één termijn voorafgaand aan het evenement gefactureerd en in principe twee maanden voor aanvang van het evenement in rekening gebracht. Deelnemers zijn verplicht de factuur voor aanvang van het evenement te betalen. Wanneer de factuur niet tijdig is betaald, kan Water Alliance deelname aan de missie weigeren. Water Alliance heeft het recht om betalingen te verrekenen met uitstaande schulden van een deelnemer aan Water Alliance.
Overmacht
Water Alliance behoudt zich het recht om gezamenlijke deelname te annuleren, indien hiertoe naar hun oordeel gegronde redenen bestaan, zoals het niet behalen van het minimaal aantal deelnemers of in het geval van verslechtering Covid situatie, rampen of andere vormen van overmacht.
Deadlines
De deelnemer dient zich te houden aan alle deadlines die door Water Alliance zijn gesteld. Wanneer deadlines worden overschreden, kan Water Alliance geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaarden voor eventuele financiële gevolgen voor de deelnemer. Als deze gevolgen extra kosten met zich meebrengen, worden deze kosten volledig in rekening gebracht aan de deelnemer.
Wettelijke aansprakelijkheid
Wettelijke aansprakelijkheid voor letsel, schade aan derden of schade aan hun eigendommen, persoonlijk letsel, schade, verlies of vertraging, van welke dan aard dan ook, is de volle verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemer.
Uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid
Water Alliance zal alle activiteiten uitvoeren naar allerbeste kunnen. Dit impliceert dat, behalve in het geval van een opzettelijke handeling of grove nalatigheid, iedere aansprakelijkheid is uitgesloten.

Registrations
Registrations are processed in order of receipt. A maximum of 10 participating companies is assumed for the rate of €950 ex VAT per person. After the first 10 participants, the costs are €1450 ex VAT pp. The first 10 companies have registerd
Participation
One person per company participates in WEX Global, with 2 nights at the hotel where WEX takes place, access to all conference sessions, networking lunches, receptions, and the gala dinner. Each participant is entitled to 5 pre-planned 30-minute business meetings and free entry to the WEX GLOBAL Innovation Awards. For additional persons from the same company, a rate of €1450 excluding VAT applies per person.
Selection
Water Alliance reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations if, in their opinion, there are justified reasons to do so. This assessment takes into account the objectives of the company or institution and the nature of collective participation, among other things.
Cost
Participation in the joint mission costs 950 euros excluding VAT
(for the first 10 registrations. After the 10 registrations the rate of €1450 ex VAT applies). Airport/hotel transfers are included. Individual costs, such as travel costs, costs of individual transport, any other costs, and additional services are borne by the participant.
Program
Actively participating in activities is desirable.
Participant Cancellation
Cancellation is only permitted in consultation with Water Alliance and in the event of force majeure or cancellation of the event.
Water Alliance Cancellation
Water Alliance reserves the right to cancel joint participation if, in their opinion, there are justified reasons to do so, such as failure to reach the minimum number of participants or in the event of a worsening Covid situation, disasters, or other forms of force majeure.
Photo and Film Recordings during WEX
Water Alliance may take photos and/or film recordings of the mission and the people present for marketing purposes. If participants object to this, they must explicitly indicate this to Water Alliance. If they do not do this, it is assumed that the participant gives Water Alliance permission to publish the photos and films and indemnifies Water Alliance against any claims in this regard.
Payment
The participant owes the participation costs stated on the confirmation of registration. All amounts due are exclusive of VAT. The participation costs are invoiced in one installment prior to the event and, in principle, are charged two months before the start of the event. Participants are obliged to pay the invoice before the start of the event. If the invoice is not paid on time, Water Alliance can refuse participation in the mission. Water Alliance has the right to offset payments against outstanding debts of a Water Alliance participant.
Force Majeure
Water Alliance reserves the right to cancel joint participation if, in their opinion, there are justified reasons to do so, such as failure to reach the minimum number of participants or in the event of a worsening Covid situation, disasters, or other forms of force majeure.
Deadlines
The participant must adhere to all deadlines set by Water Alliance. When deadlines are exceeded, Water Alliance cannot accept responsibility for any financial consequences for the participant. If these consequences incur additional costs, these costs will be fully charged to the participant.
Legal Liability
Legal liability for injury, damage to third parties, or damage to their property, personal injury, damage, loss, or delay, of whatever nature, is the full responsibility of the participant.
Exclusion of Liability
Water Alliance will perform all activities to the best of their ability. This implies that, except in the case of intentional acts or gross negligence, all liability is excluded.
