Deelname
De registratie vindt plaats via de website van de paviljoen organisator: Water Alliance. Deelnameverzoeken worden verwerkt in volgorde van ontvangst en naar beschikbare vloerruimte. Eenmaal geregistreerd via de Water Alliance website is de deelnemer verplicht deel te nemen.
De toewijzing van de standruimte door Water Alliance is bindend. De indeling van het paviljoen wordt bepaald door Water Alliance. Waar mogelijk wordt er rekening gehouden met de voorkeuren van de deelnemers. Aparte banners, vlaggen en posters zijn niet toegestaan op het paviljoen.
Kosten
De deelnamekosten worden door Water Alliance vastgesteld en kunnen per evenement verschillen. De deelnamekosten zijn exclusief BTW.
De deelnamekosten voor het Hollland Innovation Park omvat het volgende:
–Registratiekosten, evenals een standaardpakket (bijv. een posterplek, of een standruimte met stoelen, tafel, of brochure display en mogelijkheid tot het plaatsen van een demo) afhankelijk van de beschikbare ruimte en het ontwerp van het paviljoen.
– Koffie/thee of drankjes tijdens netwerkevenementen zijn inbegrepen. Indien aanwezig
Niet bij inbegrepen:
-Eventuele andere gemaakte kosten die niet in het pakket zijn inbegrepen, worden rechtstreeks in rekening gebracht bij de deelnemer. Dit zijn onder meer ontwerp- en printkosten, extra meubilair, LCD-schermen, etc. Deze extra’s kunnen na registratie apart worden bijbesteld. Om ervoor te zorgen dat het paviljoen een eenduidige uitstraling heeft, kunnen extra’s alleen besteld worden in overleg met de ontwerper van het paviljoen en/of Water Alliance.
-Reis- en verblijfskosten en lunch zijn niet inbegrepen in de deelnamekosten. Tenzij dit specifiek wordt vermeld.
Foto- en filmopnamen tijdens Aquatech Amsterdam
Water Alliance kan voor marketingdoeleinden foto’s en/of filmopnamen maken van het paviljoen en de daar aanwezige personen. Wanneer deelnemers hier bezwaar tegen hebben, dienen ze dit expliciet aan te geven bij Water Alliance. Doen ze dit niet, dan wordt er vanuit gegaan dat de deelnemer Water Alliance toestemming geeft voor publicatie van de foto’s en films en vrijwaart tegen eventuele claims in dit opzicht.
Logistiek
Het verzenden van demo-apparatuur of ander promotiemateriaal kan verzorgd worden via een daartoe aangewezen vrachtvervoerder. De transportkosten worden rechtstreeks door de vrachtvervoerder aan de deelnemer in rekening gebracht.
Water Alliance adviseert om ofwel de collectieve vervoerder of een andere officiële vervoerder te gebruiken.
Betaling
De deelnemer is de deelnemingskosten verschuldigd die zijn vermeld op de bevestiging van de inschrijving. Alle verschuldigde bedragen zijn exclusief BTW. De deelnamekosten worden in één termijn voorafgaand aan het evenement gefactureerd en in principe twee maanden voor aanvang van het evenement in rekening gebracht. Deelnemers zijn verplicht de factuur binnen 21 dagen na ontvangst te betalen. Wanneer de factuur niet tijdig is betaald, kan Water Alliance deelname aan het paviljoen weigeren. Water Alliance heeft het recht om betalingen te verrekenen met uitstaande schulden van een deelnemer aan Water Alliance.
Standbemanning
De deelname aan het Netherlands Pavilion is voor 2 personen per bedrijf. Het deelnemende bedrijf zal actief deelnemen aan activiteiten georganiseerd voor alle deelnemers van het Netherlands Pavilion zoals bezoek delegaties, netwerkrecepties, etc.
Annulering door deelnemer
Eenmaal ingeschreven blijft bij annulering door de deelnemer de betalingsverplichting bestaan. Deze verplichting blijft ook bestaan voor kosten die Water Alliance met gecontracteerde partners in opdracht maakt van de deelnemer.
Annulering door organisator
Water Alliance behoudt zich het recht om het paviljoen te annuleren. De deelnemer heeft geen recht op compensatie. In geval van annulering door Water Alliance, is Water Alliance niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade of verlies geleden door de deelnemer. In geval van annulering door Water Alliance zijn de deelnamekosten vergoed na aftrek van eventuele kosten die Water Alliance heeft gemaakt. Dit geldt ook voor de kosten die gemaakt zijn namens de deelnemers met gecontracteerde partners.
Overmacht
Water Alliance behoudt zich het recht om gezamenlijke deelname te annuleren, indien hiertoe naar hun oordeel gegronde redenen bestaan, zoals het niet behalen van het minimaal aantal deelnemers of in het geval van verslechtering Covid situatie, rampen of andere vormen van overmacht.
Deadlines
De deelnemer dient zich te houden aan alle deadlines die door Water Alliance zijn gesteld. Wanneer deadlines worden overschreden, kan Water Alliance geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaarden voor eventuele financiële gevolgen voor de deelnemer. Als deze gevolgen extra kosten met zich meebrengen, worden deze kosten volledig in rekening gebracht aan de deelnemer.
Wettelijke aansprakelijkheid
Wettelijke aansprakelijkheid voor letsel, schade aan derden of schade aan hun eigendommen, persoonlijk letsel, schade, verlies of vertraging, van welke dan aard dan ook, is de volle verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemer.
Uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid
Water Alliance zal alle activiteiten uitvoeren naar allerbeste kunnen. Dit impliceert dat, behalve in het geval van een opzettelijke handeling of grove nalatigheid, iedere aansprakelijkheid is uitgesloten.

Participation
Registration takes place via the website of the pavilion organizer: Water Alliance. Requests for participation will be processed in order of receipt and according to available floor space. Once registered via the Water Alliance website, the participant is obliged to participate.
Allocation of booth space by Water Alliance is binding. Pavilion layout will be determined by Water Alliance. Participant preferences will be taken into account whenever possible. Separate banners, flags and posters are not allowed on the pavilion.
Cost
Participation fees are set by Water Alliance and may vary from event to event. The participation fee does not include VAT.
The participation fee for the Hollland Innovation Park includes the following:
-Registration fee, as well as a standard package (e.g. a poster spot, or a booth space with chairs, table, or brochure display and possibility to place a demo) depending on the available space and pavilion design.
– Coffee/tea or drinks during networking events are included. If included
Not included:
-Any other costs incurred that are not included in the package will be charged directly to the participant. These include design and printing costs, additional furniture, LCD screens, etc. These extras can be ordered separately after registration. To ensure that the pavilion has a unified appearance, extras can only be ordered in consultation with the pavilion designer and/or Water Alliance.
-Travel, lodging and lunch are not included in the participation fee. Unless specifically stated.
Photo and film recordings during Aquatech Amsterdam.
For marketing purposes Water Alliance can make photographs and/or film recordings of the pavilion and the people present there. When participants object to this, they should explicitly indicate this to Water Alliance. If they do not, it is assumed that the participant gives Water Alliance permission to publish the photos and films and indemnifies them against any claims in this respect.
Logistics
Shipping of demo equipment or other promotional materials can be provided through a designated freight carrier. Transportation costs will be charged directly to the participant by the freight carrier.
Water Alliance recommends using either the collective carrier or another official carrier.
Payment
The participant owes the participation fee stated on the confirmation of registration. All amounts due are exclusive of VAT. The participation fee will be invoiced in one instalment prior to the event and invoiced in principle two months before the start of the event. Participants are required to pay the invoice within 21 days of receipt. If the invoice is not paid on time, Water Alliance may refuse participation in the pavilion. Water Alliance has the right to set off payments against outstanding debts of a participant to Water Alliance.
Stand Crew
Participation in the Netherlands Pavilion is for 2 persons per company. The participating company will actively participate in activities organized for all participants of the Netherlands Pavilion such as visiting delegations, networking receptions, etc.
Cancellation by participant
Once registered, the payment obligation remains in case of cancellation by the participant. This obligation also remains for costs incurred by Water Alliance with contracted partners on behalf of the participant.
Cancellation by organizer
Water Alliance reserves the right to cancel the pavilion. The participant is not entitled to compensation. In case of cancellation by Water Alliance, Water Alliance is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by the participant. In case of cancellation by Water Alliance, the participation fee will be refunded after deduction of any expenses incurred by Water Alliance. This includes costs incurred on behalf of the participants with contracted partners.
Force majeure
Water Alliance reserves the right to cancel joint participation if in their judgment there are valid reasons to do so, such as failure to reach the minimum number of participants or in case of deterioration Covid situation, disasters or other forms of force majeure.
Deadlines
The participant must meet all deadlines set by Water Alliance. If deadlines are missed, Water Alliance cannot accept responsibility for any financial consequences for the participant. If these consequences result in additional costs, these costs will be charged in full to the participant.
Legal Liability
Legal liability for injury, damage to third parties or damage to their property, personal injury, damage, loss or delay of any kind is the full responsibility of the participant.
Exclusion of Liability.
Water Alliance will conduct all activities to the best of its ability. This implies that, except in the case of an intentional act or gross negligence, any liability is excluded.
