Comments from Ken Akikawa, Director and Chairman

The business alliance with RWB has been going on for more than 12 years. Since the collaboration started, RWB has developed and introduced various water treatment applications utilizing ceramic membranes, which is one of our strategic products. We believe that joining this excellent technology development company in our group will create synergies not only for our European business, but also for our Japanese and other regions around the world.
We are happy and excited to take this next step with RWB.

Comments from André Reigersman, President and CEO

The acquisition by METAWATER gives us a unique opportunity to further increase our contribution to a circular economy and consequently increase our turnover. This is made possible by combining our engineering as well as service capabilities with key products and technologies from METAWATER as well as acquiring the resources to achieve this. As President & CEO, I see it as a challenge to make a greater contribution to sustainability and the circular economy through a joint effort with many new colleagues.
