Session on March 21: Water Reuse in the Agrofood Industry
Are you attending Anuga FoodTec? Then join our session ‘Water Reuse in the Agrofood Industry’! During this session on March 21, two companies will present their innovative solutions for water reuse in the Agrofood Industry:
Water reuse in the food industry – Arno Simons (Colubris)
Today, water reuse is a hot topic, also within the food industry. However, before proceeding with water reuse, there are several questions you need to consider. Is your water management system ready for it? Why do you want to reuse water in the first place – is it due to regulatory requirements or social responsibility? In this session, we will delve deeper into the subject through practical examples.
Protein recovery from waste streams – Bram van Gelder (Wafilin Systems)
A hygienic membrane application for the extraction of plant proteins from various industrial waste streams. This innovative product enables direct ultrafiltration, making the production of high-quality plant proteins more efficient and hygienic. This opens doors to new sustainable solutions and contributes to a greener future for the food industry.
Our EEN partner Zenit, a cluster for innovation and European affairs in Nord Rhein Westfalen, is a co-organizer of this session.
