Water Waves developed a new technology: WW Ultravibes, which will be on the market in 2016. A unique feature of this WW Ultravibes is that it enables transmission of ultrasound vibrations to large water volumes at low power input, making it possible to prevent fouling of surfaces such as, reactor walls, heat exchangers or quartz sleeves for UVC lamps.
Recently Water Waves started a cooperation with VGE International to implement WW Ultravibes into their UV-C disinfection equipment. For this purpose WW Ultravibes is tailor made to protect the quartz sleeves in VGE reactors from fouling and to increase the disinfection efficiency.
