WEFTEC 2022 – New Orleans

Water professionals and products and services suppliers come to WEFTEC year after year to participate in the world-class education opportunities and to learn about the latest innovative water quality technologies up-close. It is the opportunity to connect with representatives of almost every segment in the US water sector.

Joint Dutch expertise

The Netherlands Lounge at WEFTEC 2022 is a joint cooperation between the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) and Water Alliance. Exhibitors at the Netherlands Lounge at WEFTEC are offered two propositions for participating:

• Showcase your product(s) on a pedestal in the Netherlands Lounge and profit from (online) marketing and logo visibility and use of the Netherlands Lounge as a landing spot for walking the exhibition floor and visiting the conferences and workshops
• Brand awareness through (online) marketing and logo visibility and use of the Netherlands Lounge as a landing spot for walking the exhibition floor and attending the conferences and workshops 

Only Bronze packages are available at this point

Bronze Package: € 2,000.- 

• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and visual (excluding printing costs)
• Exhibitor badge, granting access to all conference proceedings and technical sessions (max. 1 per participating company)
• Shared use of the collective lounge area (furniture and folder rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Participation in the content programming arranged by NWP and Water Alliance

Silver Package: € 3,000.-

• 1 Pedestal to showcase your product or scale model (max. 1×1 mtr)
• 1 Exhibitor badge, granting access to all conference proceedings and technical sessions (max. 1 per participating company)
• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and visual (excluding printing costs)
• Shared use of the collective lounge area (furniture and folder rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Participation in the content programming arranged by NWP and Water Alliance

Gold Package: € 4,000.- 

• 1 XL pedestal to showcase your product or scale model (max. 2×2 mtr)
• 1 Exhibitor badge, granting access to all conference proceedings and technical sessions (max. 1 per participating company)
• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and visual (excluding printing costs)
• Shared use of the collective lounge area (furniture and folder rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Participation in the content programming arranged by NWP and Water Alliance

The NL Lounge Package includes collective stand design and construction with NL branding, stand management, basic catering, and organisational costs. The mentioned price is excluding printing costs of posters, travel and stay. Due to limited space, rental of a TV/LED screen is not possible.
