This summer, UPPWATER is launching two new subsidy rounds with a total budget of €23 million!
To help you prepare effectively, we warmly invite you to attend an interactive workshop on Thursday, 26 June 2025.
During this workshop, you will receive:
- A clear explanation of UPPWATER and the two funding opportunities: Programme 2 – Pilots and Testing and Programme 3 – Full-Scale Demonstrations
- Insights into eligibility criteria, application deadlines, co-financing requirements, and evaluation criteria
- The opportunity to pitch your questions and connect with potential consortium partners
- Networking opportunities and time for individual queries
Who is it for?
The subsidies are intended for consortia consisting of at least two or three parties:
- Pilots and Testing: 3 parties – a water tech innovation developer, a research institution, and an end user (such as a water utility, water board, or water-intensive company)
- Full-Scale Demonstrations: 2 parties – an innovation developer and an end user
The workshop is primarily aimed at technical experts.

- Specific information and Q&A for Pilots and Full-Scale Demonstrations
- Matchmaking sessions: find your consortium partners!
16:00 – Networking reception & individual consultation opportunities
