From 4 to 8 October 2026, the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition will take place in Glasgow, United Kingdom. This leading international event brings together water professionals, researchers, policymakers and industry leaders from around the world to exchange knowledge and explore innovative solutions to global water challenges.
Following successful participation in previous editions, Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) will once again organise a Netherlands Pavilion during the 2026 edition. NWP invites Dutch water organisations to express their interest in participating in the Netherlands Pavilion at IWA WWCE 2026.
Water action – the path to resilience and prosperity
The IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition is one of the key international events within the water sector. Organised by the International Water Association (IWA), the congress brings together more than 10,000 water professionals, researchers, policymakers and industry representatives to discuss challenges across the entire water cycle – from source to sea.
The event combines an extensive technical programme featuring presentations, workshops and poster sessions with an international trade exhibition. This offers participants the opportunity to discover the latest insights, innovations and developments within the sector, while also building valuable international connections. For Dutch organisations, the IWA WWCE provides an excellent platform to strengthen their international position and contribute to global conversations on water.
With many years of presence at this event, NWP is once again organising the Netherlands Pavilion: a collective platform where organisations from the Dutch water sector can showcase themselves internationally.
