DMT Environmental Technology from The Netherlands, a global player in the field of biogas upgrading and desulfurization plants, opens an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malesia, to further expand her activities in sustainable technologies. DMT’s activities in Asia will focus on offering technologies to different kind of plantations. The DMT technologies make it possible to upgrade waste-streams into green gas, and to compress or liquefy it to fuel, so that transport and production can benefit from waste-streams in a sustainable and profitable way.
DMT-ET is a fast growing company that offers services to a range of global market segments and customers, including municipalities, plantations, farmers, and a variety of industries. After opening an office in Portland, USA, DMT sees good opportunities in the Asian market for biogas upgrading and water treatment.
World-wide DMT-ET is the largest producer of biogas upgrading facilities with membranes. Costumers in Asia can soon seize the opportunity to create more value with their businesses. Besides producing crops like tabacco, palm oil, tea, fruit or vegetables, plantations can now have a return on investment by also producing green gas or bio-fuel.
Also waterous streams or resources might be able to ad value to allready existing incomes.
After upgrading the biogas with the CarborexMS the biomethane can be compressed to Bio-CNG or liquefied to Bio-LNG. Both fuels can be used as fossil-free fuel for transport. Research shows that the ambitious Paris 2015 climate goals can be achieved when the world focusses on creating bio-fuels for the transport sector, since trucks and ships create the biggest CO2 emission. In Europe big multinationals have shown interest to rebuild or alter their fleet to be able to have them drive on green gas or Bio-LNG. This is an initiative in which DMT is taking the lead because Bio-NLG will create fast environmental benefits. Also Asia can now be in the lead of these developments.
