Explore business opportunities in the reconstruction of Ukraine
From 11 to 13 November 2026, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Embassies in Kyiv and Warsaw, is organising a trade mission to Rebuild Ukraine 2026 in Warsaw, Poland.
This international conference and exhibition brings together governments, municipalities, businesses, investors, international financial institutions and NGOs to support the reconstruction of Ukraine. For Dutch organisations active in the water sector, this trade mission offers an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts, explore future partnerships and gain insight into upcoming reconstruction projects.

By joining this trade mission, you will have the opportunity to:
- connect with Ukrainian governments, municipalities and businesses;
- meet international financial institutions such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB);
- participate in matchmaking organised through the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN);
- make use of the shared Netherlands Lounge as a meeting and networking hub;
- gain valuable insight into future reconstruction projects and business opportunities in Ukraine.

Programme
On 11 November, participants will attend a kick-off and networking reception at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Warsaw. On 12 and 13 November, the delegation will participate in the Rebuild Ukraine conference and exhibition, including the Dutch programme and networking activities.

- Participation fee: €650 (excluding VAT) per organisation (one participant)
- Additional participant: €325 (excluding VAT)
