Do you have an ambitious start-up with a groundbreaking technological solution? Are you looking to scale internationally, find new customers, or connect with investors? Join the Dutch start-up trade mission to CES Las Vegas, taking place from 5–9 January 2027. CES is the world’s largest and most influential technology trade show.
State Secretary Willemijn Aerdts of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy is also expected to attend CES Las Vegas.
Why participate in CES?
Since its launch in 1967, CES has grown into the leading international technology event where the global tech industry comes together. The 2026 edition attracted more than 148,000 visitors, 4,100 exhibitors (including approximately 1,200 start-ups) and over 6,900 journalists and analysts from more than 140 countries.
CES is the ideal launchpad for start-ups looking to:
- launch their product or service internationally;
- connect with and pitch to investors;
- build valuable leads and strategic partnerships;
- gain international media exposure.
Netherlands Tech Square @ Eureka Park
As a participant, you will be part of the Dutch Pavilion at Eureka Park – the start-up hub of CES. This is where promising start-ups showcase their innovations to an international audience of investors, businesses, media representatives and potential customers.
As part of the Netherlands Tech Square, you will benefit from:
- a professional exhibition stand in a prime location;
- shared branding and increased visibility;
- access to exclusive networking events;
- guidance and support from the Dutch delegation.
Who is it for?
This mission is aimed at start-ups operating within the focus areas of the Dutch National Technology Strategy (NTS). However, other innovative and ambitious start-ups are also encouraged to apply.
An independent jury will select the participating companies. In addition, your start-up must be approved by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the organisation behind CES Las Vegas.
Participation Requirements
You can participate if your start-up is approved by the CTA and meets the following criteria:
- you operate within a CTA-approved area of interest and represent a technology sector in which the Netherlands excels internationally;
- your product or service is innovative and disruptive;
- you already have a product or service on the market;
- you can demonstrate your product or service with a proven business model;
- you have the ambition to scale internationally in the short term, or are already doing so;
- you meet the additional CTA requirements for participation in the Eureka Park start-up pavilion.
Participation fee
Participation in this trade mission costs €4,400 excluding VAT per company. A maximum of two representatives per company may participate.
The participation fee includes:
- participation in the mandatory preparation programme;
- participation in CES Las Vegas, including general event registration and exhibition space;

Additional stand requirements, such as a television screen or extra furniture, are at your own expense.
Possible Reimbursement of Participation Costs
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may qualify for a reimbursement of 50% of the participation fee.
You may be eligible if:
- your company qualifies as an SME;
- your participation has been approved by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA);
- you can provide a valid de minimis aid declaration.
Logistical Support
The logistical organisation of this trade mission is managed by PSPS. They will support you throughout the preparation process and during CES Las Vegas itself, including stand construction, practical arrangements and on-site assistance.
CES Innovation Awards
Each year, CES presents the prestigious CES Innovation Awards to recognise outstanding innovation in consumer technology products.
Award winners benefit from additional visibility and media exposure during the event. As awards are granted per category, start-ups have the same opportunity to win as large technology companies.
Would you like to enter the CES Innovation Awards? Be sure to review the requirements and submit your application before the deadline of 2 August 2026. Support with your application is available if required.
Please note: participation fees for the CES Innovation Awards are not included and must be covered by the applicant.
