Water4All is a European Horizon project with around 90 partners from 33 different countries. The overall objective is to address Europe’s water challenges in light of climate change, contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and promote the EU’s competitiveness and growth. To achieve these goals, it is crucial that the knowledge developed is applied in practice. Water Alliance is a leading partner in this process, focusing primarily on the development of start-ups and SMEs. Additionally, Water Alliance is a partner in the partnership’s internationalization efforts beyond Europe.
Who is this for?
Water4All is relevant for all start-ups and (SME) companies in Dutch water technology.
How can I, as a Dutch water tech company, make use of this?
National funders (such as NWO in the Netherlands) are key partners in Water4All. Each year, these funding agencies launch a transnational call. The joint calls support research and innovation projects on specific themes. As Water Alliance, we will regularly communicate about these calls. Current information can be found here: https://www.water4all-partnership.eu/joint-activities/open-calls.
In addition to participating in the above-mentioned calls, there are opportunities for start-ups to join the entrepreneurship program. Furthermore, activities will be carried out to promote innovative EU water tech companies worldwide and connect them with potential end-users facing water-related challenges. We will gladly inform you about the opportunities through our newsletter.
