Munisense is adding telemetry-based soil water tension sensors to its product range

Munisense adds telemetry-based soil water tension sensors to its product range of telemetry water level and water quality meters.

The data from these sensors provides continuous and detailed online insight into the development of water tension within the pore space of the subsurface.
By continuously measuring water tension, it becomes easier to monitor and stay within calculated maximum tension thresholds.

Munisense water tension sensors are already widely used for monitoring soil stability, for example in dike reinforcement projects, elevated roads and railway tracks, and preparing construction sites for development.

The strong focus on data availability and quality makes Munisense solutions highly versatile. The Munisense Water Portal is widely used by government bodies, water utilities, and companies in sectors such as engineering and construction. It is a robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform that now includes more than 25,000 monitoring points, around 11,000 of which are telemetry-enabled.

In addition to providing valuable insights through continuously incoming data, the online tools also support fieldwork, network management, automatic data validation, and integration with national databases such as the Dutch Key Registry of the Subsurface (BRO).

And with a 99% data guarantee, extremely high installation accuracy, ease of use, and short delivery times, Munisense is taking water management to the next level.
