On the national Diversity Day, FME is organising an inspiration meeting that highlights best practices from companies that have gained a competitive edge through diverse talent and inclusive work environments. An advantage through difference – leading to, for example, higher customer satisfaction, lower absenteeism, better product quality, more creativity, and improved profitability.
In addition to sharing valuable insights and strong examples, there will also be plenty of opportunity to connect with one another.
