From 1 to 4 December 2026, we are organising a working visit to Valencia and Madrid focused on water reuse. The visit will centre on knowledge exchange, practical experience and collaboration between the Dutch and Spanish water sectors.
We will explore water reuse across a range of applications, including agriculture, industry, dairy production, and the food and beverage sector. During the visit, we will discuss technological solutions, legislation and regulations, water quality, and the opportunities and challenges surrounding sustainable water use.
For this working visit, we are collaborating with KNW, the Dutch Association of Regional Water Authorities (Unie van Waterschappen), Vewin and various Spanish partners.
Who is it for?
The working visit is aimed at Dutch water technology companies, engineering and consultancy firms, water authorities and drinking water companies that are active in water reuse or interested in learning more about the topic.

During the webinar, you will hear more about developments in water reuse in Spain and across Europe, Dutch-Spanish collaboration, and the plans for the working visit in December.
