Water in Industry 2026 brings global water leaders to Delft
From 28 June to 3 July 2026, Delft will become the international meeting place for industrial water innovation during Water in Industry 2026 (WIN2026). Hosted at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and Haskoning, the conference brings together researchers, industry leaders, technology providers,
policymakers and young professionals from around the world.
WIN2026 focuses on the future of sustainable industrial water management, addressing urgent global challenges such as water scarcity, circular water use, PFAS removal, digitalization, resource recovery and industrial water reuse. The conference programme features keynote speakers from leading international organizations including the European Space Agency, Water Europe, industry frontrunners and renowned research institutes.
The event offers an extensive programme of technical sessions, workshops, poster presentations, networking opportunities and industrial site visits. Topics range from advanced oxidation processes, electrochemical treatment and membrane technologies to AI-driven water management, life-cycle assessment and water stewardship strategies.
A major theme throughout the conference is the transition from linear to circular industrial water systems. Participants will explore practical solutions and real-world case studies demonstrating how industries can reduce water intake, recover valuable resources and improve operational resilience in water-stressed regions. In addition to scientific exchange, WIN2026 provides a platform for collaboration between academia and industry, fostering innovation and accelerating implementation of sustainable water technologies worldwide.
