Joint Dutch expertise
Water Alliance plans to organize a pavilion at this edition of WEFTEC as well. In addition to a prime booth/location, the pavilion offers several benefits:
- All-inclusive, hassle-free, and cost-effective participation, allowing you to focus on your marketing and business objectives;
- Experience the added value of joining forces with other Dutch companies under the umbrella of strong Netherlands branding;
- Active matchmaking, programming, and networking activities in the Netherlands Pavilion throughout the week;
- Full access to the conference and all technical sessions at no additional cost with your exhibitor badge (max. 1 per participating company, valued at US $1,500);
- Access to registrant data (excluding email addresses) via download;
- Comprehensive on-site support and assistance from Water Alliance;
- Pre-event marketing promotion of the Netherlands Lounge and its exhibitors through Water Alliance’s media channels.
Previous edition in New Orleans we had a beautifully located Netherlands Pavilion with a rich program – a prime example of how we connect the sector and create business opportunities.
Participation packages
At the Netherlands Pavilion, we offer two different participation packages. While costs have slightly increased compared to previous editions, our packages remain significantly more affordable than booking your own booth directly at WEFTEC. This ensures not only maximum visibility but also cost-effective participation in one of the world’s most important water technology trade fairs.
Silver package (A); € 4.900,- (10 spots available)
- Poster spot with high table/chair and space for a demo unit (maximum size approximately 1x1m)
- 1 poster featuring your logo, a brief description of your company or technology, and an image (printing costs excluded)
- Marketing/communication branding through Water Alliance channels
- Shared use of the common pavilion space, including furniture and a brochure rack
- Access to collective facilities
- Active matchmaking, programming, and networking activities at WEFTEC and through side events
Gold Package (B); €7.900,- (6 spots available)
- Premium location at the front of the pavilion, along the main aisle
- Poster spot with high table/chair, including lockable storage and space for a demo unit (in consultation with Water Alliance)
- 1 poster featuring your logo, a brief description of your company or technology, and an image (printing costs excluded)
- Marketing/communication branding through Water Alliance channels
- Shared use of the common pavilion space, including furniture and a brochure rack
- Access to collective facilities
- Active matchmaking, programming, and networking activities at WEFTEC and through side events
WEFTEC 2025 NL pavilion Kick-off
In the lead-up to WEFTEC, Water Alliance is organizing an online Kick-off. During this session, we will share detailed information about the pavilion, the available participation packages, and the program for the upcoming WEFTEC edition. Registration & deadlines
You can register for one of the two participation packages for the Netherlands Pavilion at WEFTEC 2025 using the form below. If you have any questions about participation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Note: Please register as soon as possible, but no later than the end of March. In early April, we will finalize the pavilion setup. If there are insufficient participants, we reserve the right to reduce the size of the pavilion or, as a last resort, cancel it entirely.
