Start-up mission to Vivatech in Paris

Is your innovative start-up ready to go international? Do you want to network strategically with companies or attract investors? Then join the start-up mission to VivaTech 2025 in Paris! As one of Europe’s largest start-up and tech events, VivaTech is the ultimate opportunity to take your business to the international stage.

VivaTech is an annual event in Paris where innovative start-ups and tech giants come together to showcase the latest technologies and digital trends.
This four-day event takes place at Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris. With over 165,000 visitors, 13,500 start-ups, and 3,200 investors from around the globe, VivaTech is where the world of innovation meets to connect, inspire, and grow.

Who can join?

You can participate if your start-up meets the following criteria:

1. our product or service is high-tech, innovative, and potentially disruptive.
2. You have started or are ready for international scaling.
3. Your start-up is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Program
The mission is currently still being shaped, so the program is subject to change.
An online information session will be held on May 19.
The mission will broadly include the following elements:

June 10: Welcome in Paris and en preparatory event
June 11-14: During these four days, you will visit VivaTech at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
There will also be side events taking place throughout Paris. The NL Lounge at VivaTech will serve as your base for networking, meetings, and—if desired—presenting your product or service.
June 12: In the evening, a Dutch networking event will be held at a scenic venue in Paris.

Participation and costs

The participation fee is €500 (excl. VAT) per organization (max. 2 participants). This includes:

1. Two entrance passes granting unlimited access to VivaTech and the online platform;
2. Access to the NL Lounge as a base for meetings and networking;
3. Participation in all mission-related side events;
4. Networking opportunities with potential investors;
5. The opportunity to sign contracts or MoUs in the presence of the delegation leadership;
6. Local support from the Start-up Liaison Officer at the Dutch Embassy in Paris, and from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).

Travel & accommodation costs

Travel and accommodation expenses are at your own cost. Meals and drinks are also at your own expense, unless otherwise specified in the program.
