Participant Terms and Conditions
1. Registration takes place by completing the digital form.
2. Applications will be processed in order of receipt, first come first serve. With a maximum of 10 participating companies.
3. Water Alliance reserves the right to refuse or cancel applications, if in their opinion there are good reasons to do so. In this assessment the following will be taken into account; the objectives of the company or institution and the nature of the collective participation.
4. Participation in the joint mission costs 600 euros excluding VAT. Individual costs – such as travel expenses, costs of individual transport, any other costs and additional services are for the participants own account. Airport / Hotel Transfers are included.
5. 1 person per company participates in the WEX Global, with 2 nights’ accommodation at the event hotel, admission to all conference sessions, networking lunches, drinks receptions & Gala Dinner. 5 x 30-minute pre–qualified business meetings per delegate and free entry into the WEX GLOBAL Innovation Awards.
6. Active participation in activities is desired.
7. Cancellation is allowed only in coordination with Water Alliance and in case of force majeure or cancellation of the event.
8. Water Alliance reserves the right to cancel joint participation if in their judgment there are valid reasons to do so, such as failure to reach the minimum number of participants or in the case of deterioration of the Covid situation, disasters or other forms of force majeure.
