Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is evolving at lightning speed and is now making its way into the water domain. But what does A.I. really mean for the day-to-day practice of water management? How can we use smart algorithms to better measure, predict, and understand water quality?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this seminar, we bring together science, practice, and policy around one central question: how can A.I. help us gain better insight into the quality of our drinking and surface water?<\/em> With inspiring contributions from experts in the field, we will explore concrete applications \u2013 from deep learning models to automated laboratory processes and digital twins of water systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n We will kick off with a future-focused perspective on A.I. by Klaas Dijkstra (NHL Stenden), followed by practical examples from speakers including Alexander van Meekeren (Wetterskip Frysl\u00e2n), Adrie Atsma (Vitens), and Balaram Guddanti (Wetsus).
